ABOUT THE FLAT
This 2-bedroom maisonette is a generous size across two floors. On the first floor of the flat you have WC, living & dining room, kitchen on the second floor you have two bedrooms and shower with bathtub.

The flat is located in a council estate on the 2nd floor and there is NO LIFT (32 stairs).

BEDROOMS
Each room is dressed with comfortable bedding, 1 bath and 1 face towel per person and have darkening curtains. One bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and another one has a normal standard wardrobe. Both bedrooms have comfortable zip & link superking beds - if you are a group or don't want to share a bed this is great -WE CAN DIVIDE beds INTO TWO SINGLES.

KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with spices, oil, coffee, toaster, a hand blender, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

LIVING ROOM
In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 45’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable large sofa bed (sleeps the 5th person). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. Glass dining table with 5 chairs located in the dining area.

BATHROOMS
The first bathroom is located on the 1st floor, it has a toiler and a sink only. The second bathroom is located on the second floor and has a bath with shower. Great for groups so you don't have to wait for each other :)

BABY COT
We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you.

PARKING
Parking is available for as little as £8 per day, please request. Sundays are free.

AREA
Please note that the flat is situated on a London council estate. The location is safe, well connected, and reflects everyday London life rather than a traditional tourist area.
