We are 1 minute away from the tram stop that takes 17 mins to Amsterdam Centraal station, where all the main attractions are.

Our 100m sq.duplex 2 bedroom apartment has a patio in the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor; it accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child (a cot can be provided); and you will be surrounded by parks, canals, supermarkets and a port full of restaurants.

You will find in the ground floor:

- Fully furnished kitchen, with all the appliances needed for your stay (oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich machine and mixer) as well as, a dinning table with 4 chairs.

- Living room with a couch, tv, coffee table, and a small workstation with a desk, a chair and a second screen.

- A toilet with basin.

- The patio, from where you will enter the house, it is fenced and has two seaters and a coffee table, so you can enjoy warm and sunny days.

Once you take the stairs up, you will get to our second floor:

- On the right you will find a balcony.

- The second bedroom with a double bed and the cot if requested upfront, and a small cabinet.

- The main bedroom with a king bed, two side tables with lamps, another workstation with a desk, chair and a second screen, and a full closet.

- A full bathroom with a double sink and a walking shower, with all the amenities needed to have a wonderful shower.

- A second toilet, which also has the washing machine. You would find all the necessary for you to arrange your laundry while you are in our home.
