It is rented only for long stays minimum 32 days It has a large living room with a corner sofa, TV, dining table, WIFI and air conditioning.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and there is a bathroom with a shower. Included in the rent: water, sheets and towels, internet. NOT included in the rent: electricity. Consumption will be paid at the end of the stay.

Barceloneta is known as the old fishermen's quarter, and that's why here you will find the best fish restaurants in the city. 100 meters from the apartment you find the sea. Then 200 meters away is the Nautical Club with gymnastics and swimming pools. It is also Barceloneta well known for its sandy beach, it is always full of people and it is highly appreciated by surfers and sports people. Here you can rest from the stress of the city and cool off a bit from the heat.
