The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator and is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility. A small private balcony overlooks the neighborhood streets. No parking is available on the property. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM.

Maximum 3 guests. No pets. Quiet hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. No parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette groups. No commercial photography. No smoking anywhere on the property. No illegal activities or drug use. Please remember that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator.
