This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

**IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona.

Beautiful and cozy apartment of 80m2 well distributed, perfect to share between 4 and up to 6 people, family or couples. The apartment has two small bedrooms, a medium bedroom and a big one, all of the rooms have double beds and are suitable for a single person or a couple. All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans as well as all of them have full wood doors and a private key (ideal for a shared apartment). The apartment has 2 equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is open and is equipped with a cooker, fridge, and oven. You can find a flat-screen TV in the living room, a sofa, a powerful air conditioning that distributes cold air and heat throughout the entire apartment.

The property is located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, next to the Park of the Ciutadella and a 7-minute walk from the beach. . The red and yellow line underground stations are a few minutes, and there are also several bus stops and Bicing.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

-Monthly rent: 1950€/month.
-Utilities: 300€/month
-Internet: 50€/month.
-Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT.
-Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 200€ (VAT included).

DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
