The night area offers three en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobes and a private bathroom. The rooms stand out for their spaciousness and brightness, with the master suite including a bathroom with double sink and large wardrobes.
The apartment also features a patio fitted with a small sofa and a desk, perfect as a work corner or a cozy reading space.
It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and high-speed wifi, ensuring maximum comfort for any type of stay.
The surroundings are among the most emblematic in the city, with attractions such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera – Casa Milà, and Rambla de Catalunya, as well as international boutiques, restaurants and historic cafés that define the character of Passeig de Gràcia.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
