Amazing penthouse with a great private terrace in the heart of Eixample dret next to Girona metro station L4, only 3 blocks from Passeig de Gracia.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, it is fully furnished and equipped. It has several study/work space and we provide a 1Gb optical fiber wifi for a better conection for those that need to work and study from the apartment.
The living room facing the terrace is full of light and very cosy, open to the kitchen. It provides a great space for a group of friend or family wanting to enjoy a sunny terrace with a great location.
One of the bedroon has 2 medium size bed (105cm x 190cm). They can be separated for 2 people or together. The other bedroom has a double bed (120cm x 190cm)

A part from the terrace, the location of the apartment is the big asset of the apartment . The neighborhood has plenty to offer, from restaurants, bars, to museum, theatre, shopping, parks etc... There are aslo supermarkets and the historic mercado de la concepción around the corner for fresh products from the market . It is walking distance to city centre and only 100m from metro Girona line 4, which is direct to go to the beach (15minutes)
The other metro stations next to the apartment are Tetuan line 2 (200 meters) and Passeig de Gracia line 3 (300 meters)
