Our Favorite Part of the Home
Without a doubt, the crown jewel of our home is the private 100sqm terrace. It is truly rare to find this much outdoor space in the center of Barcelona. It is effectively a second living room where we spend most of our time.

The Setup: It’s fully equipped with a lounge area for morning coffee, a dining table for al fresco meals, and a BBQ for warm evenings. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms included.

The Office: We have a separate, enclosed cabin on the terrace set up as a dedicated workspace. It allows you to "commute" to work without leaving the house, offering total focus while looking out at the greenery.

The Interior: Inside, the 85sqm apartment is designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic (white finishes, dark wood floors) that feels clean and calming.

About the Neighborhood & Location
We are located in the absolute heart of the Eixample district.

The Vibe: You are steps away from Barcelona’s best architecture, restaurants, and shopping. However, because the apartment faces a traditional "inner block courtyard" (interior de manzana), it is incredibly silent. You get the city location without the city noise.

Getting Around: You barely need public transport as the area is highly walkable (just blocks from Paseo de Gracia). If you do want to explore further, the Metro and bus lines are just around the corner.

Things Guests Should Know

The "Silent" Courtyard: Because we face the inner courtyard, we are shielded from street traffic noise, making the terrace a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.

Sun & Shade: The terrace gets plenty of light, but we have installed pergolas and shades to make it comfortable even during the midday Spanish sun.

Layout: The guest room has a single bed that can unfold into two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, which makes the apartment perfect for families or small groups.
