The kitchen is separate, practical, and fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life: it has ample work surfaces, kitchen utensils, appliances, a sandwich maker, and a capsule coffee machine, ideal for preparing quick and easy breakfasts.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with a double bed, wardrobes, television, private bathroom with shower, and direct access to a balcony. The other two bedrooms are single: one equipped with a wardrobe and the other adapted as a children's bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, the apartment has an additional guest bathroom.
Located just a 5-minute walk from the Hospital Clínic metro station (L5), this apartment perfectly combines tranquility, functionality, and excellent connections to the rest of the city.
In the surrounding area, you will find a wide variety of services: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and medical centers such as the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. The area is also known for its gastronomic offerings, with restaurants and cafés perfect for breakfast or teleworking, as well as the Francesc Macià square. A few minutes' walk away, you will also find the Mercat del Ninot and several bus and Bicing lines that make getting around easy.
