In the heart of Berlin, this apartment is in great location and offers you everything you need for a great life in this city: it is centrally located, very light, elegant and spacious, near a park and yet close to a traffic hub - which takes you literally in a few minutes to the vibrant parts of Berlin. Located righy at the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, near Volkspark Friedrichshain (a lovely busy and safe public park) you can get within 10 minutes to Boxhagener Platz, Kollwitz Platz or Alexander Platz, and in 30-40 minutes you will arrive at the main train station or Berlin Brandenburg airport (via Ostkreuz) thanks to trams and city trains (M10, M5,6,8, Ring S-Bahn 41 and 42). Catalyst and Humboldt universities are close by.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, centrally in a grand “front building” of a typical Berlin block from around 1900: It is part of a traditional Berlin building with high ceilings and wooden floors. From the main room you enter the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, hob and oven, and shelves and storage units. There are bedding, towels, and crockery.
