As we will be spending several weeks abroad for work, we are renting out our stylishly furnished and fully equipped Altbau apartment in Berlin’s beautiful Bötzowviertel neighborhood (Prenzlauer Berg).

The apartment is ideal for individuals, couples, visiting researchers, or small families looking for a high-quality, move-in-ready home for a temporary stay in one of Berlin’s most desirable residential areas.

Availability: August 20 – October 4. The exact dates are somewhat flexible within this period, but the rental cannot begin before August 20 or end after October 4.

Rent: €3,000 per month
Security deposit: One month’s rent
