Eine Wohungsgeberbestätigung stellen wir ab einem Aufenthalt von zwei Monaten aus.
Der Mietpreis verändert sich durch eine Übernachtungssteuer in Höhe von 7,5% auf die ersten 21 Tage des Aufenthaltes erhoben und ist von dem Vermieter an das Finanzamt abzuführen. Studierende müssen keine CityTax zahlen.
