Solid floor boards, and interior doors are all original and have been restored to their former beauty. The inviting balcony offers an area for relaxation in the sun over a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in this exquisite 3 bedroom apartment, with modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. This generous apartment with 3 separate bedrooms furnished with 3 double beds, offers plenty of space for up to 3 people at a flatshare, 3 couples or a family of up to 6 people.

The price shown is for up to 3 people living in the apartment. For every additional person there is 395€ surcharge incl. children from 7 years of age.

There is a mandatory cleaning incl. change of bed sheets which will take place once a week, for which you will be notified of a time frame in advance. Cleaning cannot be canceled and is a prerequisite for renting from us. Cleaning is not included in the price - costs per one cleaning are 50,00 EUR. If there is a mess and the surfaces are not clean on the day of cleaning, there will be a surcharge of 30€ per room.
