In our newly renovated 85 square metre basement flat you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with double bed. The separate living room, with a sofa bed, is just as comfortably furnished as the rest of the flat. WLAN is available free of charge during your stay.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for communal use in the building for a fee. Parking spaces are available on the premises for a fee ( depending on availability).

For stays longer than one month, an interim cleaning service must be booked at an additional cost per month:
Interim cleaning without linen change: €100.00
Interim cleaning with linen change: €150.00
If you do not specify a preferred week, we will determine the cleaning schedule ourselves.

On request you can book an additional complete intermediate cleaning. This costs €100.00 per cleaning or €150.00 per cleaning including linen change (bed linen and towels).

A tourism tax of €2 per person per night is payable if you do not register in Frankfurt. We can provide a landlord's certificate for registration purposes on request.
Broadcasting licence fee is not included in the rent.
