We are a retired British-German couple and look forward to welcoming a quiet, considerate female tenant* to the private Top Floor of our townhouse.

While you will have your own self-contained living space upstairs, we share the main entrance and hope to find someone who appreciates a genuine "home away from home"— enjoying the perfect balance of privacy and the reassurance of friendly hosts nearby.

Interaction is entirely at your own pace. We are always happy to help if needed while. Of course, fully respecting your independence.

You will also have access to our small garden in the backyard. For a quiet morning coffee or relaxing moment in the evening.
During the summer days, we spend much time in our separate allotment garden, which may also be shared by mutual agreement.

Over the years, we have welcomed many international guests, particularly professionals relocating to Frankfurt. We enjoy helping newcomers settle into their new surroundings and are always happy to share local knowledge and practical tips.
