Apartment super well connected from Barcelona city center (3 Metro lines). Fully equipped and recently renovated by an architect. Very quiet and sunny. Ideal both for relaxing on the private terrace and perfect for enjoyng the inside small cozy space as it is a quiet bright ambient. Located in the middle of a multicultural working-class neighborhood without mass tourism. Area where many local artists have their studio as it is located in the emerging "Cultural District of Hospitalet". Size: 30m2 + 8m2 terrace.

The apartment consists of a space with kitchen and dining bar with two stools, living room with sofa, work table and wardrobes for clothes (2 linear meters). The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery. The bedroom is independent and has a double bed with storage and direct access to the bathroom (separate shower and toilet). Bed linen and towels are provided.
