It has a generous open-plan living/kitchen area, a separate spacious bedroom with adjoining terrace, a hallway and a modern bathroom.

This beautiful property also features high ceilings that give the area a roomy and fresh feeling, large windows that brighten the living spaces, exceptional decoration, a nice terrace to enjoy lunch outside, a TV, a workspace, an ironing board with iron, bicycle cellar, a washing machine and dryer (both coin operated) in the laundry room, simply put, a lovely long-term stay!

The needs of each guest are individual.

You are welcome to ask us at any time for further equipment, such as a microwave, hairdryer, iron/board or a second set of bed linen for your visit. We would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will gladly consider your wishes according to our possibilities.

We offer a service (cleaning, towel and bed linen change) for a separate fee.

The deposit is 1-2 monthly rents, depending on the length of the rental period. This flat is also only rentable for an indefinite period.
