40 sqm bright apartment with beautiful wooden floors on the ground floor of a 3-story apartment building in a quiet side street in the Deutz district. The cozy kitchen with dining table has a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a box spring bed (180 cm width), armchair, and TV; the entrance hall comes with a large wardrobe, iron & ironing board. The modern bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

There is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement.
A weekly cleaning service (including the change of bed sheets & towels) is available upon request for €66 per week.

The apartment building is located in the Deutz district on the right bank of the Rhine, very close to the exhibition center, making it particularly suitable for trade fair visitors. Shops for everyday needs and a small selection of cafés and restaurants can be found around Deutzer Freiheit street. The Rhine riverbank with Deutzer Werft, Kennedy-Ufer, Rheinpark, and Poller Wiesen offers local recreation in green surroundings. The Messe/Deutz long-distance train station is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment building and offers both long-distance connections to destinations in Germany and abroad as well as many regional connections. In addition, the station is served by several underground and tram lines (1, 3, 4, 9, 14), which guarantee excellent connections to all destinations within Cologne. The walkway on the Hohenzollern Bridge, which offers fantastic panoramic views of the old town and the banks of the Rhine, lead to the city center and the cathedral on the river’s left bank.

Die gemütliche Küche mit Esstisch verfügt über Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befinden sich Boxspringbett (180cm breit), Sessel und TV; im Eingangsflur steht ein großer Schrank, Bügeleisen & Bügelbrett. Das moderne Bad verfügt über Dusche und Föhn.

Zudem wird der Bahnhof von mehreren U- und Straßenbahnlinien (1, 3, 4, 9, 14) bedient, welche eine hervorragende Verbindung zu allen Zielen innerhalb Kölns garantiert.
