The flat is located in a listed house and is an old building flat. It is on the 4th floor (attic). There is no lift in the house. Despite the attic floor, the flat has hardly any sloping ceilings. The flat is divided into 2 rooms plus kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The living room is the largest room with approx. 30 sqm. The large sofa can also be used as a comfortable sleeping couch. Each room in the flat is decorated in a different colour. Overall, there is plenty of storage space thanks to built-in cupboards. Internet, electricity, heating costs and broadcasting licence fees are included in the rent. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Any fees that may be incurred on site (e.g. visitor's tax, guest tax, accommodation tax, etc.) are not included in the contract.

The flat is located in the Mockau Süd district of Leipzig. The tram stop Döringstraße is only 100m away. Tram lines 1 and 34 leave from there. It takes 10 minutes to get to the main railway station. The new S-Bahn station of the S4 Mockauer Straße is also in the direct vicinity. From there, it takes 4 minutes to get to the main station. The Leipzig Nord S-Bahn station (S1, S2 and S6) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. From there it takes 2 minutes to get to the main station.
The trade fair centre is 5 minutes away by S-Bahn. By car, you can reach the trade fair or the motorway in about 10 minutes. Free parking is available opposite the flat. The airport can be reached in about 10 minutes by suburban railway without changing trains.
Shops for daily needs (supermarket, drugstore, butcher's shop, bakery, petrol station, etc.) are within walking distance.
Green spaces such as the Abtnaundorfer Park and the nearby allotment garden invite you to take a walk in the surrounding area.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem denkmalgeschützen Haus und ist eine Altbauwohnung. Sie liegt im 4. Obergeschoss (Dachgeschoss). Im Haus ist kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Trotz Dachgeschoss hat das Apartment kaum Dachschrägen. Die Wohnung unterteilt sich in 2 Zimmer plus Küche, Bad und Flur. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit ca. 30qm das größte Zimmer. Das große Sofa kann auch als bequeme Schlafcoach genutzt werden. Jeder Raum der Wohnung ist in einer anderen Farbe gehalten. Insgesamt gibt es viel Stauraum durch Einbauschränke. Internet, Strom-, Heizkosten und Rundfunkgebühr sind in den Mietkosten inbegriffen. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Microwelle und eine Spülmaschine. Im Keller stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gegen Münzeinwurf (Wertmarken) zur Verfügung. Ggfs. anfallende Gebühren vor Ort (z.B. Kurtaxen, Gästetaxen, Beherbergungssteuern, etc.) sind nicht Bestandteil des Vertrages.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Leipziger Stadtteil Mockau Süd. Die Tramhaltestelle Döringstraße ist nur 100m entfernt. Dort fahren die Tramlinien 1 und 34 ab. Zum Hauptbahnhof benötigt man 10 Minuten. Die neue S-Bahnstation der S4 Mockauer Straße ist ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Von dort aus benötigt man 4 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Die S-Bahnstation Leipzig Nord (S1, S2 und S6) ist fußläufig in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort kommt man in 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof an.
Zur Messe sind es mit der S-Bahn 5 Minuten. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Messe oder die Autobahn in ca. 10 Minuten. Das Parken ist gegenüber des Apartments kostenfrei. Den Flughafen erreicht man mit der S-Bahn ohne Umsteigen in ca. 10 Minuten.
