For a business trip, a family trip, or even a friend's trip, you will be delighted to find yourself in the very trendy Glockenbach neighborhood. You will enjoy the many restaurants and bars or a stroll at the Viktualien Market in this area.

The newly renovated apartment includes:
- a nice living room including a fully equipped, completly new open kitchen
- one cozy bedroom
- a bathroom;
- two large built-in closets;

It also includes amenities such as:
- a kettle for your teas,
- an iron and ironing board;
- a washing machine and a drying rack.

A broadcasting-tax of 18€ per month needs to be paid separately in Germany. The tenant will be informed by the receipient via letter after the move-in. The fee is not included in the rent.

The apartment is cleaned by a professional at the end of each stay.
