The U3 and U6 subway lines (Poccistr. Station) are just a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. Marienplatz is just a 4-minute subway ride away, and the universities are also easily accessible via direct subway connections in a short amount of time.
The Oktoberfest grounds are within walking distances a few minutes, as is the Isar River.
