The bedroom is approx. 13.5 sqm and the living room approx. 25 sqm. Both rooms feature beautiful parquet flooring with underfloor heating and large windows with mosquito screens. Thanks to the ground-floor location and well-insulated windows, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer, while the underfloor heating keeps it cozy in winter.

A large wardrobe is located in the bedroom, just to the left of the door.

The kitchen/dining area has a table for up to 6 people with an open kitchen setup. It is especially bright in the mornings and offers a cozy atmosphere in the evenings as well.

The garden and terrace can be accessed through the spacious living room, inviting you to enjoy afternoons and evenings outdoors. The view of the small wooded area from the living room is simply priceless.
