This single-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood. The apartment is situated very close by to the renowned Calle Serrano which is full of international fashion houses and luxury boutiques. The area also boasts several excellent restaurants and cafés. However, Salamanca is probably best known for its beautiful nineteenth-century architecture and wide tree-lined streets. The area is very well connected to the rest of the capital as it is well served by Madrid’s excellent public transport network.
