The sleeping area is integrated into the same space with a double bed and wardrobe, offering everything you need in a functional and well-distributed way. In addition, the home has a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The building has a communal washing and drying area for the convenience of residents.
This apartment has cleaning with change of sheets and towels every 15 days and consumptions included up to € 100.
Located in the Chueca - Justicia neighborhood, the property is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and shops of all kinds, as well as being very close to Gran Vía, the San Antón Market and Plaza de Chueca.
