The flat is completely renovated and has modern flooring.
The living room has various tables, a bright L-shaped sofa, and a flat-screen TV. A truly comfortable space!
The sofa in the living room turns into a bed, so tenants can host guests with ease.
Being an interior, tenants will be protected from unwanted street noise. Don't worry though- the windows let in plenty of natural light!
