The kitchen is open to the living room although it is independent, and is equipped with everything you need for day to day. Next to the living room we find the bedroom, which has built-in wardrobes and two 90x200 cm single beds, with the possibility of converting them into a single bed.
The views of the city from both the living room and the bedroom are spectacular, perfectly appreciating the Royal Palace, the Temple of Debod and the Casa de Campo.

The apartment also has a full bathroom with shower.

The area where the apartment is located is an exclusive area of ​​the city, fully accessible by both private and public transport.

The apartment has a centralized air conditioning system that is available in the following periods:

-The heating will be available from November 1 to April 1

-Air conditioning will be available from June 1 to September 30.
