Magnificent apartment, new, modern and totally refurbished, with lots of personality. Bright, located in the center, next to Puerta del Sol. Spacious living room with sofa bed, modern kitchen, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment is provided with linens, towels, shampoo and gel. The apartment has a privileged location, 10 min walk or less from the main tourist points. The apartment is very bright, it has two balconies in the living room and a balcony in the bedroom. It is perfectly equipped, and has been decortaed to the last detail. The bedroom has a double bed of 150cmX190cm and the sofa bed is for one guest. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, and the apartment is provided with linens, towels, shampoo and gel. Please note that the apartment is located in a nightlife area, on a street with several bars and nightclubs. During weekends, there may be more activity around the building entrance and some noise from the street. However, we hope this will not cause significant inconvenience for most guests. We recommend bringing earplugs if you’d like to minimize any potential disturbance, although the noise is generally not excessive.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
