The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and bed linens and towels. The maximum occupancy is two people.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
