Furnished room in a shared flat on Ronda de Atocha, right beside Teatro Circo Price and a few minutes from Lavapiés and the Reina Sofía Museum. Embajadores station (Metro L3 and L5, plus Cercanías rail) is a two-minute walk; Lavapiés (L3) is close by as well, and Atocha's long-distance and commuter services are a short walk down the Ronda.

Two things to know before you arrange a viewing.
First, the room is on the ground floor and has a single window facing the building's central courtyard, so natural light is indirect and limited for much of the day. In exchange it's a quiet room — none of the traffic noise from the Ronda reaches it.
Second, the bathroom is one floor up and shared with one other person only.

If you're out most of the day, work shifts, or sleep during daylight hours, the trade-off usually works out well. If you're looking for a bright room to work from home in, this isn't it — better to know now than after the trip across town.
