The apartment has 40 m2 divided into a bedroom, a living/dining room with kitchen and a full bathroom with bathtub. The double bed measures 135x190cm and there is a double sofa bed in the living room, ideal and comfortable for one person. Although there is a bedroom, there is not complete separation between the bed and the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, etc.) to prepare your favorite dishes and a dining table. This is a recently renovated apartment in the most central area of Madrid and is located on the 4th floor in a building with an elevator. It has air conditioning and heating, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and is delivered with bed linen and towels.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
