The apartment is located in the center district of Madrid, in a very historical area of the city and a few minutes from the Thyssen Museum, the Prado Museum and the Congress of Deputies. Having such a central location, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants and many places of interest, such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, where you can enjoy one of its art exhibitions or its magnificent terrace, with stunning views of all Madrid. The apartment is located on the third floor and does NOT have an elevator.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
