Renovated apartment located in the heart of Madrid and in an excellent neighborhood. Located on the second floor, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom. The living room has a very cozy area with a sofa and television and another with a dining table with capacity for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighborhood community, the home has a noise control device. The apartment is located on the second floor and does NOT have an elevator.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
