Its 65 square meters are distributed in a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette (washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), two bedrooms with a double bed each measuring 190x135 cm, a complete bathroom with shower, a toilet and a terrace from which to contemplate Madrid. It has AC, heating, bedding, towels, WIFI, hair dryer, etc. It is a modern and bright apartment and has a terrace with views since it is located on the eighth floor, with an elevator.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
