This is a cosy 2-bedroom apartment. It is situated on the top floor of the building, and each room is well-lit from their slanted-ceiling windows. There is a washing machine located in the kitchen for your convenience. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa and a flat screen television.

This apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood. There are plenty of amenities close by, such as the local bakery which is just across the street. You can walk to the Lidl supermarket in just 4 minutes to pick up your groceries. You can reach the centre of Milan in just 20 minutes going directly with the metro line 2, which is only a short walk from your new home.

With Metro line 1 so close, you can go directly to famous Milan sites, like the Royal Palace of Milan or the Sforzesco Castle, anytime you wish!

MPORTANT:** the landlady provides a transitional type of contract, in order to be eligible you need (by law) to present at least one of the following conditions:**

Being in waiting to take possession of a property purchased or assigned by a public body;
Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer or project (like Erasmus program or a class in a language school);
Being in a process of caring and / or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects;
Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.

Variable deposit: the landlady requires:

1 month security deposit for stays up to 59 days
2 month security deposit for stays from 60 to 89 days
3 month security deposit from 90 days on.
