Financial Terms & House Rules!!!

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit must be paid in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded at check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition, with no damages and all payments settled.

Last Month's Rent: The last month's rent must also be paid in cash at check-in, as required by the rental agreement.

Important: Both payments are mandatory. If they are not made at check-in, the apartment keys cannot be handed over.

At check-out, the apartment will be inspected together with the owner. If the apartment requires professional cleaning beyond normal use, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
