Situated on the 2nd floor with an elevator, this spacious 77 m2 apartment is designed to offer both comfort and elegance, making it the perfect place to relax and feel at home.

South-facing and bathed in natural light, the living room — furnished with a vintage modern sofa — includes a cosy dining area with a table that seats up to six. From there, you can access the balcony that runs the length of the apartment, pleasantly extending the living space.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a steam oven, a microwave/oven, an 80cm induction hob, a Nespresso machine, a sparkling water machine, and all essential utensils.
