This property is offered exclusively under a standard lease agreement governed by the French Civil Code ("bail civil"), as a secondary residence: it is intended for individuals living in France or abroad who already have a primary residence elsewhere the rented property cannot be used as a primary residence. A corporate lease is also available for companies accommodating an employee.

The lease will be drafted and signed in French; it is entered into for a fixed term, with no option for early termination. If your situation does not meet these criteria, if the required documentation is not provided, or if the contract is not signed, the request will be denied without penalty.
