The kitchen is separate, spacious, modern, and fully equipped, with ventilation opening into the living room.

The property has an elevator, although you need to climb three steps to reach it.

The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas of Seville’s historic center, right next to the Royal Alcázar and just steps from the Cathedral.
