The rental contract will be signed at a local real estate attorney office. Please note there is a cost for the contract and for the registration with the Italian Revenue Agency. The owner pays 50% of this costs.

The rental price is Euro 1000 and the monthly expenses are as follow:

HEATING varies on usage. Each heating element has a counter so it is possible to check usage monthly, weekly or even daily.

During the winter months ( mid October to mid April) expect to pay around Euro 150 a month for the entire apartment.
