The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The double suite bedroom has a private bathroom and will be provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.

No parties of any kind are allowed.

- Bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Security deposit: 1 month (subject to length of stay)

- Final cleaning: 120 euros.

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 120 euros.

The accommodation rates and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and will be paid before the date of entry into the apartment. In the case of expenses, this is the price scale:

* 1-2 months: €200 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €450 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €750 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1080 + VAT.

Price for 2 guests: €1180 (+ €150 for utilities and €150 for final cleaning).
