Price for 2 person occupancy: 1115€ (+ 130€ for utilities and 130€ for final cleaning).

Accommodation and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date. For expenses, this is the price scale:
* 1-2 months: 200€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 450€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 750€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 970€ + VAT.
