They are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 5 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya and the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations that connect with the entire city. It is situated in a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants.

They feature mosaic floors and modernist-style doors that make the apartment very cosy.

The apartments are exterior-facing and have a balcony, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, and dryer.

The bedroom has two beds, two desks, and a private bathroom. A perfect room for two students or a couple. Additionally, the bed comes with a storage bed base, which provides more storage space.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is at number 228 Aribau Street.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
