A central and well-connected location, just a 5-minute walk from Plaça Cataluña and the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations, which connect to the entire city.

The apartments are exterior-facing and have a terrace, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.

The bedroom has a TV, a large desk, a bedside table and a wardrobe. Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom but will be for private use for this room.

The apartment has home automation details that will make your stay much more comfortable and safe: the lift has direct and exclusive access to each apartment, which is only accessible to guests via a code. Electronic key security both at the apartment entrance and in each room. Adjustable lighting in both the living room and bathrooms, the latter with mirror mode functions for use.

Our reception is located at 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 19:30 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.

For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.

This room is rented exclusively for recreational, vacation, or long-term tourist stays.
