Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes housekeeping, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, drying machine, iron, dishwasher, and more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us.

All electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises.

The apartment has 10 bathrooms (2 of them are private), 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 14 bedrooms, and a terrace. Rooms 6 and 10 have private bathrooms. Thanks to the large number of bathrooms in the apartment, bathrooms are shared with a maximum of only one other person, ensuring greater comfort, privacy, and convenience for all residents.

Gracia is the perfect neighborhood to stay in Barcelona! Come and experience the local life! Most of its quiet and narrow streets and leafy squares with no traffic noise are only minutes away from wonderful options of bakeries, bars, restaurants, and the market. Well-connected to the rest of the city. You can take the metro (Fontana, Lesseps, or Diagonal stops), but walking is also a nice option–the Gothic Quarter is a 30-minute walk down the grand Passeig de Gracia, and the beach at Barceloneta is 50 minutes away with lots to see along the way.
