A bright single room is available in a cosy apartment located in the quiet and well-connected neighbourhood of Baix Guinardó, just a few minutes' walk from **Afonso X metro station (L4)**.

The apartment is very bright, has heating, and offers a comfortable atmosphere, making it an ideal place to study and relax. The room is small but functional and suitable for someone looking for a peaceful place to live.

You will share the apartment with a young professional currently completing an internship in administration. The atmosphere at home is quiet, friendly and respectful.
