From here you can also access the private balcony with table and chairs, the perfect spot for enjoying sunny days and your own view of Barcelona. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with an oven, hob, sink, refrigerator and washer.
There are also 2 bathrooms, both of which are modern and clean and include a shower, sink, and toilet.

One of the greatest advantages of this property is its location: nestled amongst a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, there is plenty to see and do in your immediate area. All the necessities are available within walking distance, with a large supermarket just 2 blocks away. Public transport links are excellent, with a bus stop just 1 minute from your front door and the closest Metro station (Hospital Clinic) just a 3 minute walk away.

- Fortnightly Contract only on the 1st month: If you move-in before the half of the month, you'll pay for the full month. If you move-in after, you will only pay half of the rent for that month. The last month is paid completely, regardless the move-out date.
