Looking for a beautiful place to call home? We are renting out the largest room in our magnificent, high-ceilinged apartment. Located on the 5th floor (top floor) of a classic Berlin Altbau, this flat was completely renovated last year to the highest standards.

The Room & The Apartment
Your Room: Extra large, flooded with natural light, and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and a dedicated desk for working from home.

The Flat: High ceilings, brand-new floors, and modern finishes throughout. Since it’s on the top floor, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet with no neighbors living above you.

Shared Spaces: A large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen (perfect for cooking and socializing) and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower).

Convenience: We provide all linens, towels, and high-speed internet. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get!

Location & Connectivity
Situated right next to U-Bahn Berliner Straße, you couldn't be better connected.

Transit: The station serves two major lines (U7 and U9), offering easy "vertical and horizontal" access across the entire city.

The Details
Flatmates: You will share the apartment with a maximum of 3 other respectful roommates. You will be sharing this apartment with high-achieving PhD students who value a focused and serene environment. Maintaining quiet hours is essential to support everyone's research and rest. Furthermore, hygiene is a core principle of our home; we expect all residents to take pride in keeping the common areas in pristine condition.

Access: The elevator goes to the 4th floor, with one final flight of stairs leading to your top-floor sanctuary.

Availability: Preference will be given to those who can start their lease on March 1st.

Duration: Flexible rental period between 6 to 11 months.

Anmeldung: No problem! We provide the necessary registration (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your paperwork.
