The apartment is located in a very peaceful area in Prenzlauer Berg. The street in front of the house (kitchen side) is lightly trafficked, and the green, tree-filled backyard (bedroom side) invites relaxation and comfort. 


Despite the tranquility, Alexanderplatz or Eberswalder Str. are just a 15-20 minute trip away.
