Air conditioning in all the rooms.

The apartment is on the first floor of a wonderful historical building, in one of the most famous streets of (hidden).
Area full of services: cafe, post office, supermarket, shops and bus stop, all near the house. The university area can be reached on foot. Close to the Sant’Orsola Hospital.

OUR CONDITIONS:
1. If you are workers rent payment will be scheduled quarterly

2. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. The apartments are mixed (male and female) There is a one-off fee including: - full insurance coverage (with civil liability of the tenant)

- regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract

- final cleaning and whitewashing

- sanitation

- an Apartment Manager at your disposal that you can call for any need during your stay

- all the bureaucratic formalities and registration

this 450 € fee will be asked to cover all these things
