Single Room available in a renovated 2 bedroom apartment, 1 single + 1 double room (already taken by 2 girls, 3 places in total), 100 meters from the train station and with the view of the park of via Indipendenza. Next to the building you will also find the bike sharing rental and plenty of bars, supermarket, restaurants, etc.
You are also 1 minute from the main bus station, 10 minutes from piazza Maggiore and the University area on foot.
The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom.
It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc.), pillows, blankets, linens.
Monthly rent:
650 € for the single room. All the bills are included in the monthly price (common charges, electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) with a maximum cap of 100 eur/month to avoid waste. With normal and responsible consumption you will not have extra charges.
1 year contract
Security deposit (refunded at the end of your stay) 2 months rent.
House rules:
No smoking
No parties/no loud music
No subletting of any kind
No residency (no residenza)
Upon booking confirmation you have to:
1) provide all of your documents for the contract
-copy of EU ID or passport
-Italian tax code - codice fiscale (if you don’t have it, you can provide it later)
-proof of exchange program/Phd program enrollment
2) sign the contract
The check-in day:
1) pay 2 months of deposit
2) pay the administration fee
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
